We will fund your Earnest Money Deposit as a wholesaler or an an end buyer.  Our only requirement is that the EMD is protected by an inspection period and is refundable. We charge 40% when the deal closes.                                             

We will fund the entire purchase price for your A-B transaction up to $300,000.00 to facilitate the double close. We charge ONLY 1.5% for this service on same day closings (minimum charge is $1,000.00).                                                                                 

$250.00 Non-Refundable Processing fee

I agree that Courtyard DFW LLC will charge me a $250.00 non-refundable processing fee regardless of whether the EMD or Double Close process is completed. $250 will be credited towards the processing fee upon closing the deal.
