Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
We will fund your Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as a wholesaler or an an end buyer. Our only requirement is that the EMD is protected by an inspection period and is
refundable. We charge 40% when the deal closes.
Double Close
We will fund the entire purchase price for your A-B transaction to facilitate the double close. We charge
ONLY
1.5% for this service on same day closings (minimum charge is $1000).
